The Anambra State Commissioner Police, CP Garba Baba Umar on Wednesday, August 2, interviewed a young woman who was arrested after she dumped her one-day old baby in the bush.
After the interview, the CP out of his magnanimity, handed a huge amount of money to the young mother to carter for herself and the baby. More photos below.
